With a strong value proposition, the Plaza Madero Business and Shopping Center<\/strong>brought a renewed image to Ciudad de Luque Paraguay.<\/p>\n\n

The new Shopping Center highlights the concept of open sky, has an innovative architecture that expands over a surface of 10 hectares, which offers convenience, speed practicality, and security. In addition, it has ample parking for more than 300 vehicles.<\/p>\n\n

Mario L\u00f3pez P\u00e9rez, Vice-president of Grupo Onyx, expressed in his opening speech:<\/p>\n\n

\u201cLet’s imagine finishing work one day and going out for a walk in the corridors to go to the Madero fields, the gym, or anywhere else, since everything is in the same place\u201d. He added that \u201centrepreneurs and investors in Plaza Madero Ciudad de Luque will begin a new commercial adventure, visualizing a new location for their business, with the purpose of generating more economic growth in Paraguay and promoting greater job opportunities for the country. Our plan is to continue investing in Paraguay, a country with good economic conditions to be able to grow and push a relevant business point\u201d.<\/p>\n\n

Julio Hern\u00e1ndez, General Manager of Blue Tower Ventures Paraguay, a Grupo Onyx company, said: \u201cI think it will be a launching point for all of Ciudad de Luque, which is a location where we see great commercial potential. Through this investment we are giving the initial spark to generate an important pole of investment and development in the area.\u201d Hernandez also said, \u201cWe started with this dream when the world was going through a health and economic crisis, the Covid-19 crisis. Notwithstanding, we decided to bet on this project, investing and injecting capital to reactivate the Paraguayan economy and prioritizing hiring local workers.\u201d Hern\u00e1ndez concluded his remarks with assurances that Plaza Madero Ciudad de Luque will contribute a transcendental increase in value in the real estate sector in the area, because it will permit the arrival of more wealth in the area.<\/p>\n\n

The executives of Grupo Onyx noted that Plaza Madero Ciudad de Luque will continue to expand in a second stage, with the objective of becoming an iconic point to win the confidence and hearts of Luquene families.<\/p>\n\n

The center has a Super 6, a 24-hour gym, restaurants, and other services that make life easier for local inhabitants. The plan was to design a real estate project that was unique, with a final investment of US$65 million, 40,000 square meters of construction, and 39 service and commercial stores, which will help bring a new service experience to Paraguay. Tiziana Bussini, Manager of Marketing and Commerce, said that they\u2019re betting on Plaza Madero Ciudad de Luque becoming a landmark, similar to what happened with Paseo la Galer\u00eda in Asunci\u00f3n, another important Grupo Onyx investment in Paraguay, which has been in the country since 2013.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
