Grupo Onyx, through Grupo Blue Tower Ventures Paraguay, launched their first real state housing development in the country: Paseo 55. The project will redefine the way of living in Asunción and will also create a milestone in regional investment and development, turning into the tallest tower in the country, with 212 meters and 555 stories high; furthermore, it will be within the 10 talles towers in Cono Sur
The land of the future Paseo 55 building is located in the center of the corporate and residential axis of Asunción, with direct connection to the Paseo La Galería commercial and corporate complex. It will be surrounded by green spaces, wide paths, among other amenities that will make residents’ lives a true pleasure.
The start of works is scheduled for April 2024, and the delivery of the finished units is scheduled for the first half of 2028.

In relation to the project characteristics, the executive highlighted that Paseo 55 will have different types of apartments with two, three and four bedrooms with their own areas ranging from 98 m² to 412 m². In addition, the building will offer between two and three garages per apartment, with a storage room for each one.
On the other hand, Julio Hernández highlighted the use of aluminum opening systems of European origin on the exterior of the tower, which added to the DVH glass, known for its thermal and acoustic insulation performance, will increase the degree of comfort in the interiors.
He said that the finishes will be supported by important brands such as Hansgrohe, a German manufacturer of faucets and sanitary accessories; Duravit, sanitary slabs; Dekton, high quality synthesized stones for countertops and coverings, among others.
As for the amenities, the Rooftop Piso 55 stands out, which will be equipped with five heated barbecue areas and private pools, a central pool with unique views of Asunción and a yogadeck. Likewise, residents will be able to have access to the gym, events room, beauty salon, children’s room, coworking areaand loungesnext to the gardens.
The building complex will consist of 4,500 m² of green spaces, trails, a family pool, a games room and parks for children, outdoors deck, pet park and tennis court the 5th floor. In turn, the owners will have exclusive pedestrian connections to Paseo La Galería, close to Cinemark (3rd floor) and Superseis (B-1).
It will have 5 high-speed elevators and differentiated services such as full electricity generation coverage and cutting-edge access control systems for maximum security.
The 55-story building will have a height of 212 meters with 360° views of the Asunción sunsets. As an important point, the visits will have exclusive parking lots, with more than 30 parking spaces.
As revealed by Hernández, the investment amounts to more than 100 million dollars. “This project demonstrates once again the continued commitment of Blue Tower Ventures Paraguay to the economic growth and progress of our country,” he said.
