Following more than 20 years of growth in the development of real estate projects using a buy-and-hold strategy, the decision was made in 2022 to create a specialized Division to search, conceptualize, and develop new real estate projects that are characterized by their affordability, efficiency, quality, and proven concepts.

History
In the last 20 years, the group has developed real estate projects of over 600,000 square meters of construction in Guatemala and Paraguay. There are currently 75,000 square meters of construction projects in the planning and development stages. This experience serves as a base to insure the quality of our projects.
