Grupo Onyx makes known to the public that Mr. Humberto del Valle Hernández, of guatemalan nationality, it is not a partner, staff member, director, nor does he work or has ever worked, in any of the companies that comprise Grupo Onyx, als well as neither has he had any kind of commercial relationship with him, in Guatemala or any place in the world, including Bluetower Ventures in Paraguay.
Grupo Onyx has recently been informed by a third party, that, allegedly, a person that goes by the name of Humberto del Valle Hernández, pretends to be a shareholder, director and/or staff member of Grupo Onyx, requesting money to several people, in Guatemala, Paraguay and other countries, to make supposed investments involving the business group, which is totally false. No person identified with that name represents, speaks or acts in name of Grupo Onyx nor any of its companies.
